5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 VIP Weekly Cashback

The tk777 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier receives a weekly cashback at a fixed rate on net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for that week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.1 Game Results

All games on tk777 are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a live dealer platform. Game results are entirely impartial and are not predetermined. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the game provider and tk777 has no authority to alter it.

If a technical error causes a game to remain incomplete after a bet has been placed, tk777 reserves the right to refund the bet amount. However, if the error did not affect the game result, the result will be considered valid.

6.2 Sports Betting

For multi-bets, all selections must win. If any single selection loses, the entire bet is considered void.
